Arrivo: Estimated Delivery · Last updated October 20, 2026

Arrivo: Estimated Delivery (“Arrivo”, “we”) is a Shopify app that shows estimated delivery dates in your online store. This policy explains what data the app collects when you (the merchant) install it, how it is used, and your choices.

Information we collect

Store informationYour shop domain, store name, timezone, currency, store address country/postal code, and published languages — read from Shopify to configure the app.
Access credentialsThe access token Shopify issues when you install the app, used only to call the Shopify API on your behalf.
Your app settingsDelivery settings, rules, design and placement choices you save in the app.
Store data the app readsProduct, collection and shipping-rate details and theme files, read when needed to apply your rules and check the app is set up. We don't keep copies beyond what your settings contain.
Anonymous storefront statisticsDaily totals per store (e.g. how many times an estimate was shown, add-to-carts, ZIP checks). No IP addresses, cookie-based identifiers, names or other personal data of your shoppers are stored.
BillingYour current plan and subscription status from Shopify Billing. Payments are processed by Shopify; we never see card details.
AI assistantWhen you use the in-app assistant, your messages and a summary of your Arrivo settings are sent to OpenAI to generate a reply. We store only a monthly message count. Chat history is kept in your own browser.

Shopper data

Arrivo does not collect or store personal information about your customers. A shopper's chosen country, state or ZIP code is kept in their own browser to show the right date. If you enable it, the estimated delivery date is saved as an attribute on the order in your Shopify store — it is not stored by us.

How we use information

We do not sell data, and we do not use your data for advertising.

Service providers

Retention and deletion

When you uninstall Arrivo, your access token is deleted immediately. Shopify then sends a data-erasure request, and we delete all of your store's settings, rules and statistics. You can also ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing us.

Security

Data is sent over HTTPS and stored in access-controlled, encrypted databases. Access is limited to what's needed to run the app.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. If you're in the EEA, UK or California you have additional rights under GDPR / CCPA; contact us and we'll respond within 30 days. Requests from your customers are handled through Shopify's privacy tools — Arrivo holds no customer data.

Changes

We'll update this page if our practices change and revise the date above.
